In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.6 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3/Chief Development Officer Baharaich, District- Baharaich to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Karykatri at Gram Panchayat Mahuri Kala, Block Jarwal, District- Baharaich after considering her handicap certificate forth with in the interest of justice. (II) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the opposite parties to take appropriate action on the representation dated 25 J3.2025 for the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Karykatri at Gram Panchayat Mahuri Kala, Block Jarwal, District-Baharaich forthwith as contained in Annexure No.4 to this writ petition, forthwith in the interest of justice." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.4 i.e. Chief Development Project Officer Jarwal, Block Jarwal, District-Bahraich within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
