This application under Section 483 CrPC has been filed praying to direct the learned Special Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I. (A.P.), Lucknow to expedite, conclude the trial and decide the Case No. 29808 (State Vs. Arvind and Others), arising out of Case Crimbe No. 75 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Chowk, District- Lucknow pending in the court of Special Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I. (A.P.), Lucknow, within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the trial of the aforesaid case has not been completed despite the fact that it was instituted in the year 2018. Therefore, he prays to issue a direction to dispose of the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, the present application is finally disposed of with the direction to the concerned court below to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties, in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment.
