From the above, it therefore appears that the petitioners are not interested to proceed further with the instant matter. 3. It is also seen that the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked against an injunction order. If the petitioners are not interested to further proceed with the instant matter, this Court would not like to exercise its supervisory jurisdiction against the impugned order for which the instant petition stands dismissed.
