Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that on account of typographical mistake, some error have crept in, in the prayer clause. 2. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause during the course of the day. 3. Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "a. direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (J.D.), Haidergarh, Barabanki to decide the opposite party no.1 to decide the Application under Order-9 Rule 13 and application under section 151 IPC dated 14.08.2023 pending in Original Suit No.190/1990, titled as Saiyad Rasheed V/s Musammat Bhagana and others expeditiously, which is pending before opposite party no.1 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 4. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
