He is aggrieved by non-consideration of his objections dated 26.12.2024 with regard to electricity dues. 3. Counsel for opposite party no. 2, Ms. Aprajita Bansal, has instructions to inform the Court that even though the objections were given subsequent to the final assessment, but, same have been considered and fresh assessment has been made on 07.04.2025. She also says that the request of the petitioner for payment of electricity dues in installments has also been considered and the Executive Engineer shall fix some reasonable installment at the earliest to facilitate the said payment.
