The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 4, to remove the illegal encrochment caused by Bhoo Mafiya/Muscles Man over the Chak Marg bearing Gata No. 328, having area of 0.0490, and make it clear for transportation of petitioner and other villagers, in the interest of justice, situated at Village Panchayat Pakadiya, Pargana Bhinga, Tehsil Ikauna, District Shrawasti." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions which are taken on record, states that the demarcation proceedings have been carried out in the presence of the petitioner. 4. The present petition is disposed of holding that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved of any action, he may initiate appropriate proceedings under U.P.
