Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioners, namely, 1. Nironjan Rongpi, 2. Thomas Rongpi & 3. Augustin Taro have prayed for releasing them on bail, after they were arrested in connection with Howly P.S. Case No. 62/2025. 4. The petitioners were carrying 10 dogs for sale in the market of Karbi Anglong and Nagaland. All the dogs were given anesthesia. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 6. No good grounds could be shown by the petitioners for their release on bail. 7.
