To issue an, order or direction in the nature of commanding opposite party no. 1 to consider, decide and disposed off recall application filed by the opposite party no.2 on 30.07.2022 for the recall of the order dated 21.03.2022 passed in case no. 1105 of 2022, Computerized case nо. Т202202570401105, Jyoti Singh versus Prempati pending before opposite party no. 1 filed as Annexure 1." Taking note of the instructions placed before this Court, which is taken on record, as also the statement of the learned Standing Counsel, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No.1/Naib Tehsildar, Aashpur Devsara, Tehsil - Patti, District Pratapgarh to conclude the proceedings including the recall application, most expeditiously, say within a period of three months. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
