The petitioners have some grievance with regard to the Electricity Poles situated in D.S. Colony Lane Kanpur Road, Lucknow. The seek removal of old electricity poles. Counsel for the Electricity Corporation says that under the Revamp Distribution Sector Scheme the old and rusted poles are being removed and replaced by new poles on the same spot. Whatever is the grievance of the petitioners, let the opp. party No. 4 consider the same on an application to be submitted by the petitioners within 2 weeks and do the needful, as may be required in accordance with law.
