The petitioner seeks cancellation of a lease granted in respect of Gata No. 194, which, according to him, is recorded as 'Talab' land. 3. The remedy lies not under Article 226 of the Constitution of India but for cancellation of lease under the relevant Revenue Statute under which lease may have been granted, provided it is maintainable at this stage or to seek such other remedies as may be prescribed in law. 4.
