The petitioner is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning Annexure-C bearing No.¨ÉA.G.««/².¤.rÃ/1598/2020-21 dated 18.12.2020, by which the 3rd respondent was nominated as Dean of the Department of Education of respondent No.1-University. 3. A perusal of the impugned Notification dated 18.12.2020 (Annexure-C) indicates that respondent No.3 nominated as Dean for a period of two years from 18.12.2020 and two years period has come to an end on 17.12.2022. As the term of the Dean has come to an end on 17.12.2022, the present writ petition would no more survive for consideration. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed off.
