Learned counsel has joined the proceedings via video-conferencing on behalf of the respondent; and confirms the position. 3. The appellant is also present in court. 4. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed-of as withdrawn, holding the parties bound by the terms of the settlement. 5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. 6. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the appellant prays that since the appeal has been disposed-of as withdrawn, the full court-fee be refunded to the appellant.
