1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. Perused the writ application as well as the documents annexed thereto.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:
“In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as narrated above, it is ardently prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to antedate the date of regularization of petitioner on completion of six years of contractual service i.e. 16.10.2019 and extent all service and financial benefits to her within a time stipulation as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
And/or issue any other appropriate writ/ writs,
order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper in the fitness of the case.”

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that being aggrieved by the decision of the Opposite Parties in regularising the Petitioner w.e.f. 07.08.2024, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ application. He further contended that although the Petitioner is entitled to be regularized on completion of 6 years of service w.e.f. her initial appointment from 09.10.2013, the Petitioner had earlier submitted a representation on 03.10.2024 under Annexure-11 before the Opposite Party No.1. He further contended that no decision has been taken on such representation of the Petitioner. Being aggrieved by such inaction on the part of the Opposite Parties, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ application. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further contended the documents under Annexure-5 series, 10 in supports the contention of the Petitioner. 5. Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand submitted that since the Petitioner has already approached the Opposite Party No.1 by filing a representation under Annexure-11 dated 03.10.2024 and in the event, the same is still pending, he will have no objection, if this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 6. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the parties, on a careful examination of the background facts as well as materials on record, further keeping in view the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ application at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-11, if the same is still pending, strictly in accordance
Page 3 of 3. with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order. Further, it is directed wile considering the representation, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to take into consideration the documents under Annexure-5 series and 10 & dispose of the representation by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The final decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be also communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks from the date of taking such a decision. 7.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands
disposed of.
8. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules.
