By filing this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Page No.# 2/2 Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita(BNSS), 2023, the petitioner Jakir Ali has prayed for releasing him on bail, as he is facing trial in Sessions Case No. 30/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC) No. 3, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati. 3. In the charge sheet 19(nineteen) witnesses are shown as prosecution witnesses. None of them are examined. 4. Let the Trial Court examine at least 4(four) witnesses. After that the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again. 5. With the aforesaid directions the present bail application stands closed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
