Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:19206 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3677 of 2025 Petitioner :- Sonam Nisha Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar Deptt. Govt. Of U.P. Lko. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Jaikaran Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents nos. 1 to 5. At the outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions, which is taken on record, has opposed the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner, while filing the writ petition, has not disclosed the fact that the earlier representation given by him dated 7.3.2025 has been decided vide order dated 22.3.2025 passed by the District Programme Officer, Amethi. The petitioner has suppressed this material fact. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not assign any reason as to why he has suppressed this material fact. It appears that deliberate suppression of fact has been made by the petitioner by not disclosing the order dated 22.3.2025 by which her representation has been rejected. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on account of suppression of fact with costs of Rs. 10,000/-. Order Date :- 7.4.2025 Madhu D.R/P.S After this order was passed, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition as the alleged order has not been communicated to the petitioner so far. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
