Petitioner solemnized marriage with Sh. Badri Prashad during subsistence of his first marriage with Smt. Geeta Devi. Sh. Badri Prashad retired from the respondent-Police Department as Sub-Inspector in the year
1990. He passed away on 02.06.2019. The respondents have sanctioned family pension in favour of first wife of Sh. Badri Prashad, i.e. Smt. Geeta Devi. Petitioner’s claim for family pension was rejected by the respondents on
