The captioned petition is filed feeling aggrieved by non-consideration of the petitioner's application filed in Form No.57 seeking regularization of petitioner's unauthorized occupation of 3.15 acres. 3. Learned HCGP submits that petitioner's application tendered in Form No.57 in 2018 will be - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1249 WP No. 456 of 2025 referred to the Land Grant Committee for further course of action. 4. Recording his assurance, this Court proceeds to pass the following: ORDER (i) Writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondent No.3/Tahsildar is hereby directed to place petitioner's application and relevant records before the Land Grant Committee for further course of action. (iii) On receipt of application and all other documents, Respondent No.4/Land Grant Committee shall examine the materials and ascertain whether petitioner is entitled for regularization of unauthorized occupation of the Government land. (iv) Respondent No.4/Land Grant Committee shall conduct an enquiry as mandated under Rule 108-CCC and pass appropriate orders as contemplated under sub-rule (3) of Rule 108-CCC of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966 within a period of six months' - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1249 WP No. 456 of 2025 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
