Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and perused the material brought on record. 2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.03.2025 passed by opposite party no.3- Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil- Sadar, District - Raibareli passed on application of the petitioner, i.e. Computerized Application No.T802025002216 preferred under Section 80 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 (in short 'Code of 2006'). 3. In compliance of earlier order of this Court, the officer concerned is present today and placed before this Court the relevant records. 4. A perusal of the record placed before this Court indicates that objection(s)/affidavit(s) of all the co-sharers/co-tenure holders were not filed by the petitioner which is required in terms of Section 80(4) of the Code of 2006, as such this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned orders referred in the prayer clause. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a fresh application as per law which shall be decided after taking note of the relevant provisions of the Code of 2006.
