The present application has been filed challenging the order dated 16.03.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Court No. 1, Disrict- Pratapgarh summoning the applicants under Section 319 CrPC. The order has been passed on the testimony of the prosecutrix wherein she had stated in cross-examination that apart from the accused convicted by the order dated 16.03.2024, the applicants were also involved in the act. As the order has been passed after considering the relevant material available on record, I do not find any illegality in the order passed by the court below.
