The petitioners want execution of judgment and order dated 17.12.2020 allegedly passed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by issuance of a writ petition. The petition is misconceived. The remedy of execution is under para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual. If the same has been availed, the petitioners may pursue the same. If there is any other grievance with regard to pendency of execution proceedings then the remedy is under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.
