Quash the Entire Proceedings in Spl.C.No.1703/2022 in Criminal No.194/2021 punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act 1985. Registered in Koramangala Police Station, pending on the file of XXXIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge, for NDPS cases at Bangalore, against the petitioner/accused No.2. ii. To pass any order as this Court deems fit. 2. Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the material on record. 3. Though several contentions have been urged by the petitioner in support of his claim, having regard to the fact that the petitioner would be entitled to raise all contentions during the course of trial before the Trial Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits and de-merits of the rival contentions, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner, to urge all - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7537 CRL.P No. 403 of 2025 contentions before the Trial Court.
