Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) A writ order or direction in the naturer of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the encroachment of the public way(chak road/marg) which is situated at Gata No.298, area 0.0200, Village Bhatpurva, Tahsil- Mankapur, District- Gonda, by the opposite party no. 5 to 7 and further directed to the opposite party no. 2 and 3 to adopt a cursive method for vacating land against the opposite party no. 5 to 7 immediately accordance with law. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings for removal of the unauthorized encroachment have already been initiated. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the said proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
