ORDER 03.12.2025
1. Caveat stands discharged.
2. This is an application by the applicant Bilal Ahmad Kaboo seeking clarification/rectification of the clerical error that has crept in the order dated 3rd November, 2025.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the matter was taken up for consideration on 3rd November, 2025 on which date the applicant was permitted to withdraw the writ petition. It is submitted that in the order which was passed on 3rd November, 2025, the date of the order is erroneously reflected as 15th October, 2025 due to typographical mistake.
MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 03.12.25
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record, it is seen that the case was listed on 17th October, 2025, on which date interim directions were passed and the matter was fixed for consideration on 3rd November, 2025. The matter was thus taken up for
consideration on 3rd November, 2025, on which date on the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, the petition was dismissed as not pressed. We also find that though the case was dismissed as not pressed on 3rd November, 2025 but inadvertently and due to typographical mistake the date of order was mentioned as 15th October,
2025. The mistake pointed out by the applicant is, therefore, inadvertent and clerical in nature and deserves to be corrected.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the date of the order as appended with this application as Annexure-I, which is indicated as “15th October, 2025”, shall be read as “3rd November, 2025”. This order shall be placed by the Registry with the concerned file and shall be read as a modification of the order erroneously recorded as having been passed on 15th October, 2025.
6. CM disposed of.
