Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in place of Shri Robi Kota, Shri Jayanta Narlikar has been appointed as the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department and therefore, Shri Jayanta Narlikar, the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department be impleaded as the respondent no.7 in Contempt Case(C) No.135/2024.
