(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.226 of 2023, dated 18.07.2023, under Sections 306, 323, 498-A, 504 IPC, Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. According to the FIR, deceased Komal and the applicant were married on 19.11.2015. The applicant would drink and would torture the deceased. The other family members of the applicant would also join the applicant in harassing his wife. There was continuous quarrel in the family due to which, the FIR states that the deceased committed suicide. 2 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that there is no allegation of abetment, as such. 5. Learned State counsel would submit that the witnesses have supported the prosecution case. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount; to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
