Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:21190 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3711 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ragini Devi Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Bal Vikash Sewa Evam Pushtahar Lko. U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kapil Dev Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis, of the written instructions has submitted that the income certificate issued to the petitioner is dated 31.05.2023 which has been issued more than six months ago before the date of advertisement dated 14.03.2024 thus, on these grounds the petitioner cannot be given priority in the EWS category and accordingly, she could not be selected. The complaint of the petitioner has also been rejected on these grounds vide order dated 18.03.2025 which is part of the instructions. It is also evident from perusal of instructions that one Chandani Devi has been selected as she came first in the selection list on the post of Anganwadi Karyakarti thus, considering the fact that petitioner's income certificate is not in conformity with the order dated 21.03.2023 and that is why she could not be given priority and could not get benefit of below poverty line candidate and consequently, she could not be selected and thus, the decision of the opposite parties not to select the petitioner cannot be faulted with and neither the order dated 18.03.2025 by which the complaint of the petitioner has been decided. The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 15.4.2025 Saurabh Yadav/- Digitally signed by :- SAURABH YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
