The petitioner should implead Nagar Panchayat, Ashrafpur Kichhauchha, District Ambedkar Nagar through its Executive Officer as an opposite party during course of the day. 2. Heard. 3. The petitioner claims certain dues payable by the Nagar Panchayat, Ashrafpur Kichhauchha, District Ambedkar Nagar for some work done for the period 2022- 23 and onwards. 4. Mr. Raj Priya Srivastava, learned counsel for the Nagar Panchayat says that on the application of petitioner an inquiry was instituted and some amount which was to the tune of Rupees one lakh and odd has been paid to petitoiner for the year 2022-23. The said inquiry is still on and if anything is payable to the petitioner, the same would be paid at the earliest, say, within two months. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
