Present application has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 B.N.S.S. with following main prayer:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Court below not to accept the personal bonds of petitioners and released them from Jail and also allow them to submit their bail bonds after one month from the date of their release" After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants want to withdraw the present case and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move an appropriate application in Criminal Appeal No. 725 of 2018 (Sooraj Bora and another Vs. State of U.P. and other) As such, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicants, as may be permissible under the law.
