1. The matter comes up pursuant to the order dated 04.08.2025 passed by the Division Bench in Criminal Appeal No. 949 of 2025 and other connected appeals at Allahabad, inter alia, indicating that 7 appeals have been filed against the judgment and order dated 02/03.01.2025 passed by Special Judge, NIA, Lucknow and 4 appeals have been filed at Lucknow and as the Court was of the opinion that since all the appeals arise out of common impugned judgement and order, therefore, in order to avoid conflicting views or contradictory orders being passed by two different Benches one at Lucknow and one at Allahabad on the same subject matter, the matters need to be heard at one place. Based on the said order, the 4 appeals, filed by the accused and one appeal filed by Sushil Gupta-complainant have been placed under Clause 14 of the United Provinces High Courts (Amalgamation) Orders, 1948.
2. Counsel appearing for the appellants in Criminal Appeal Nos. 274 of 2025, 322 of 2025, 434 of 2025 and 508 of 2025 have no objection. None has appeared on behalf of the appellant - Sushil Gupta.
3. In view of the fact that these appeals arise out of the common
judgment dated 02/03.01.2025 passed by Special Judge, NIA,
Lucknow and the incident relates to district - Kasganj, the fact that out of 28 accused persons, 24 have filed appeals at Allahabad and judgment in Paritosh Kumar Vs. Union of India : (2013) SCC OnLine All 13929, I deem it appropriate and therefore, order that this appeal along with 4 connected appeals shall stand transferred to Allahabad for hearing.
4. Counsel appearing one of the appeals at Allahabad pleads urgency in the matter.
5. Office is directed to list the appeal, in which, urgency is being pleaded, with expedition.
