Pramila Chauhan) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda to the equivalent Court at District Deoria. 3. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Gonda are transferred to the equivalent court at District Deoria.
