The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application for vacating the interim order is also pending. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division) to simultaneously decide the objections filed against the injunction application as well as the application under Order 39 Rule 2A of the CPC in Misc. Case No.454 of 2022 with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
