In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent Nos.8 is dispensed with. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 7. 3. The written instructions provided by learned Standing Counsel is taken on record. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that there are two vacant posts reserved for Scheduled Caste Category for post of Anganwadi Karyakarti in Village Panchayat Odahi Vikas Khand Jamunaha out of which, one post is in Bhagtantdera and another is in Odahi. In Bhagtantdera out of two applicants, one applicant Archana has been found eligible. He further submits that Archana has not been selected on Odahi, the petition contains misconceived facts. 5. From instructions it also appears that on Anganwadi Bharti Potal, the petitioner has applied eight times for Odahi Anganwadi Centre and six times, she has shown higher percentage in her credentials. The income, residence and caste of the petitioner have also not been verified. She has not filled up her centre code that is why she was not called for document verification. It also appears that selection process is going on and case/complaint of the petitioner has been placed before the selection committee headed by District Magistrate, Shravasti. 6. In view of above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-District Magistrate, Shravasti to consider and take a decision upon the complaint of the petitioner after affording her opportunity of hearing within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
