GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the construction proposed to be undertaken by the 6th respondent in front of their house, and on enquiry, it is submitted that the land in front of the house of the petitioners belongs to the 6th respondent. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have given 5 feet of land to the Gram Panchayat/respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for laying of a road. It is also submitted that the 6th respondent has removed the 2 road constructed by the 5th respondent and is now trying to construct on the land belonging to him. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are apprehending that the 6th respondent would not leave the required setbacks to the petitioners' property. These issues cannot be dealt by this Court it is for the competent Gram Panchayat to deal with such issues in accordance with the existing laws. 4. Considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
