In verification of his death, statement of Ashok son of Chet Ram has been recorded. Death certificate duly issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has also been annexed. Police Report dated 16.12.2021 by S.I. Adesh Kumar, Police Station Thakur Dwara, District Moradabad has also been annexed. 4. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has already passed away, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 5. The trial court record be sent back to the court concerned.
