In that view of the matter, we close the present proceedings, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case any allotment is made either in favour of Lulu International Shopping Mall or any other entity, which, according to the petitioner, does not subscribe and follow any transparent method or is otherwise against any sustainable policy of allotment.
