This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. to issue a writ, in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondent no. 2 to conclude the arbitration proceeding within stipulated time." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that claim petition has been preferred by petitioner before U.P. State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council, Agra which is pending consideration since 2021. According to petitioner's counsel, the same should have been decided within a period of 12 months but the same has remained pending for four years. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the claim petition preferred by petitioner after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
