S. Case No. 118/2018 U/s 448/506 IPC, Read With Section 67 (A) of the I.T. Act. Registered on 17.05.2018, has been investigated and on completion of investigation, the Investigating Authority has submitted an F.R. being F. R. No. 25/2023, on 31.07.2023. In view of the above developments, Mr. Sarmah, learned counsel, for the petitioner, submits that, the present writ petition be closed with liberty to the petitioner to take further steps as may be mandated in law in pursuance to the submissions of the said F.R. by the investigating agency.
