The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a suitable order or direction, thereby direct to opposite party no.1 to decide the application dated 23.12.2019 pending since 23.12.2019 filed by the petitioners under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with section 151 of CPC for the purpose of Temporary injunction in the Suit No. 3455 of 2019 (Amrish Kumar and others Vs Ayodhya Prasad and others) instituted for Permanent injunction pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) within stipulated timeand within the time permitted or fixed by the court." 3.
