The list has not been challenged, however, the learned Standing Counsel informed that there is a Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule 5(4) of Uttar Pradesh Food Security Rules, 2019, therefore, the petitioner may avail such remedy or such other remedy as may be prescribed in law.
