The present petition has been filed by the complainant on whose complaint, the proceedings were initiated against the fair price shop dealer. Ultimately, by means of the impugned order dated 04.02.2025, the appeal preferred by the fair price shop dealer was allowed. The said order is under challenge. 3. Considering the fact that it is fairly well settled that a complainant has no right to file the writ petition against an order, which is passed on merits. 4. In view of the law as explained in the judgement of this Court in the cases of Durvin Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others 2021 (8) ADJ 2021, Lakkhi Sonkar Vs. State of U.P. and Ors 2023 AWC 4581 All, Jasoda Vs. State of U.P. and others 2020 (7) ADJ 310 and Gajendra Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and others 2018 (10) ADJ 626, no interference is called for. 5.
