Despite having conducted the survey, the second respondent has failed to provide a copy of the report to the petitioner, on whose land the survey was undertaken. 2. The second respondent ought to appreciate that the petitioner is entitled to receive a copy of the report, and as the authority entrusted with the task, the second respondent is bound to provide it.
