Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pankaj Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 21.02.2025 passed by the appellate authority in exercise of powers under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC which was filed challenging the refusal of injunction order dated 14.05.2024. 3. By means of the said order, the defendant was directed to maintain status quo over the property in question. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no.2, present petition is disposed off directing that the parties shall maintain status quo. 5. Apart from the said clarification, no interference is called for in the order dated 21.02.2025. 6. As it is informed that the two earlier suits are also pending, it is directed that all the three suits being Suit Nos.53 of 2023, 1399 of 2007 & 200 of 2017 shall be consolidated and shall be heard and disposed off together. 7. District Judge, Gonda is directed to consolidate the said suits in exercise of powers under Order 4A of CPC and send the matter to the Court which will hear all the matters and endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, in accordance with law.
