The petitioner seeks disposal of an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. However, on being asked to show the application which may have been filed, learned Counsel could not show any such application. We cannot pass an order in vacuum. The petitioner may move an application, and if it files such an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and if it is maintainable, then, the concerned official shall take cognizance of it and conclude the proceedings keeping in mind the statutory period prescribed in this regard unless there is any legal impediment, in which case the petitioner shall be informed.
