Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will file appropriate application before Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Tiloi, District- Amethi in Case No. 6979 of 2024. He further submits that he does not want to press the instant contempt application and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh at the appropriate stage. 2. Accordingly, the contempt application is rejected as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 3. In case any application is filed before aforesaid Sub Divisional Magistrate, it is expected that same be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously, by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties.
