The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner namely Kyrmenskhem Sohlamar was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Page No.# 2/2 Court on 02.06.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has cooperated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, Mr. K.K. Parasar has submitted that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge-sheet has been laid bearing Charge-Sheet No.62/2025 dated 26.05.2025. 4. In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has been laid in this case as well as in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding compliance of this Court’s order by the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the above-named petitioner by order dated 02.06.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5.
