Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any punishment order. 4. In view of the above, let copy of punishment order be served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw with a liberty to file afresh assailing the impugned punishment order. 6. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 7. Written instructions provided by the learned Standing Counsel is taken on record.
