By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. party Nos. 3 and 4 to forthwith grant approval for the Site Map and Building Plan of Plot No. P-32, Bharatpuri Yojana Part-1, Gonda. The petitioners claim to have applied for sanction of map and building plan etc. before the Sampatti Prabandhan Adhikari, however, learned counsel for the Avas Evam Vikas Parishad says that such applications are to be submitted before the opp. party No. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner may move an application, if there is a cause, before the opp. party No. 3 and if any such application is filed and there is no legal impediment, the opp. party No. 3 shall proceed to consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision thereon with expedition, say within 6 weeks of submission of such application.
