The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “(i) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No. 13 of 2023 under Sections 294, 323, 341 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code in Police Station Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.) and the subsequent and consequential proceedings initiated pursuant thereto in the interest of justice. (ii) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate direction to respondent authorities to conduct an independent and fair investigation of the case against the petitioner. (iii) To grant any other relief which may suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to press this petition further as the charges have already been framed by the learned trial Court against the petitioner and the trial is in progress. 4. Learned State counsel and learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 3 also endorse the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
