In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.7 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 6. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding and directing the Opposite Parties to consider the candidature of the petitioner on the post of Aanganbari Karyakatri At Centre Dambal Tanda, village Rameswrapur, Block Bijhuwa, District Kheri, considering her eligibility. Panchayat Lakhimpur. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to decide the representation given by the petitioner dated 22.03.2025 for the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri at Centre Dambal Tanda, Village Panchayat Rameshwrapur, Block Bijhuwa, District - Lakhimpur Kheri." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.4 i.e. District Program Officer, Kheri within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
