The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers : - “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent no. 3 to produce the progress report of First Information Report dated 19- 11-2024, registered as FIR no. 848 of 2024, U/ s 303 (2), 351 (2) and 352 of BNS, registered at P.S.- Bhagwanpur, District- Haridwar. (ii) Issue any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case be passed in favour of the petitioners.
